Protected Person - Open work permit renewal

Hi guys! All of you who are renewing their work permits after becoming protected persons, do you do a medical again? Or how do you go about it?
Please I am trying to complete the filling of my imm5710e.
While trying to validate the form, the passport details were requested. My passport was collected by IRCC and I don't know if the details should be added despite the expiration of the passport.
In a separate write up by IRCC, refugee claimant's were advised to fill "0000" in the section while attaching a letter of explanation but my fear is that if the issuance and expiration dates are absent, the form wouldn't still validate.
