I am on the process of completing my requirements under the program of Manitoba Provincial Nominee Skilled Workers Overseas. My sponsor is my first cousin and as far as I know one of the requirements to show our relationship is birth certificate. But my problem is as of now my uncle, the father of my first cousin doesn't have birth certificate, my question is, is there any alternative documents acceptable by the Manitoba Immigration that may prove our familial relationship

They accept the passports as well. The passports (your parent & uncle) must show the name of your grandparents.
I also have the similar situation where my mother and uncle do not have birth certificates, and submitted the passports along with family tree demonstrating our relationship.

Thanks for the reply though... but that would be another problem for me coz both of my father and uncle don't have any passport..
