Hello, I was looking about applying for a visitor visa in November ish from the US. I would like to visit my girlfriend for a while. I am young. How can I show ties to home country for intent of coming back? I have no property or job :(. I have family ties, everyone from my family is here so I could show that. Is it likely I would get rejected?

Extended visitor visa*

What do you mean by "extended visitor visa"? There is no such thing...

Maybe a TRV?

If so then what is your nationality? what is your immigration status? how do you sustain yourself? Are you a minor? How did you met your gf?

Please elaborate.

Re: Proof of Ties

1: If so then what is your nationality? (race is white if you that was the question?)I am a United States born citizen, lived here since day 1
2: what is your immigration status? US Citizen
3: how do you sustain yourself? I will be living with my GF and her mother (more then enough money to provide for me)
4: Are you a minor? No I am 18
5: How did you met your gf? I met her online, but I have recently visited her not too long ago.
and yes I meant a TRV sorry, thank you for the correction :)

Re: Proof of Ties

as i know .. u r a us citizen .. u even do not need a visa to visit Canada .. just get ur passport and go through the border xP

Re: Proof of Ties

Well yes I understand I don't need a visitor visa do visit, but I would like to extend my time there but it says I need a proof of ties? Since I am young (18) the only ties I have to home are my family.
