Shouldn't be an issue. But, do not forget to write a cover [explanation] letter.

In their 2nd AOR it was written "if u dont get any reply from our side within 8 months, you may contact us". Now its more then 8 months. what should I do? I know it will take another year but I feel I should write them. If I write them, plz someone let me know the e.mail address of CHC London.
Thanks and Allah Hafiz,

hi qorax,
thanks for ur reply.i want to discuss about the BC.i came to know about the BC of those pakistanies who were born before partition.the Government of Pak issue certificates about them in which Goverenment verify about the boidata of those people, means that they were born in india but now living in Pakistan and their biodata is this(sealed by Goverenment by Pak).is this approved by VO and authentic.

thanks,safa

Dear Qorax,

VO has requested me to send birth certificates of my Wife's mother and her Brother( relative is spouse's materal uncle). They were born before 1965 and they dont have birth certificates. Can you please let me know what should be the GENUINE REASON should i write to VO so that i should not look Vague.

Secondly i have found the educational documents of my wife's mother. but she used a different name before marriage(although father name is same) than the Name i mentioned in my initial application. Would you advice me to attach those documents?

the letter which i recieve from VO is below for your information.

In that case u may submit any other doc [of both] which depicts common parentage, eg. Marriage Certs, School Certs etc. And write a cover letter explaining the unavailability of B/Cs.

I hope the maiden name was same, sans the surname. If so - not an issue. If not - u'd require documentary evidence to connect the person having 2 different names [or name change], eg. Newspaper Notice, court docs, Affidavit etc.

Did u submit any document during initial app filing to claim 5 Adaptability point? And, without this 5 adaptabilty pt, does ur score turns out to be less than 67?

You see, i also didn't submit the "Proof of Relationship" doc (i.e b\cert of my uncle & father) due to its unavailability. I just send them "Proof of Status" (i.e Passport copy of my uncle) & "Proof of Residency" (i.e Bank statement copy). Later i came to know from the forum & new checklist(precisely mentioned) that such doc is required, else file will be rejected.

I am just curious to know whether u submitted any doc to claim 5 Adaptability point?
