I live in the US and my husband lives in another country. He wants to study in Canada while we wait out the U.S immigration process and it would also help our marriage since he would be so close to the U.S . Is it possible to pay his tuition with a credit card and just submit proof of funds with confirmation of school fees? Also, I would provide him with 16k as a bank draft for his living expense along with a letter of explanation that I am his sponsor. We dont have any accounts showing 4 months bank statement. I was wondering if this would work.
