Profile Ineligible - How to delete a submitted profile ?

Dear All,

i had a profile where i was ineligible because of my IELTS score. Now , having a new eligible file .. how can i delete the old file ?

i will be creating new one

you can;t not delete an eligible profile,
you need to re-create a new one
