Pl note that Point 6 of Application for Permanent Residence states: "Professional qualifications certificates: notarized professional qualifications certificates should be submitted if available."

I have done my MBA course and I can submit only my Provisional Certificate (duly notorised) as I dont have the Convocation Certificate.
Is that sufficient and will comply or not? Pl adv.

The Provisional Certificate will be given only for those who have done the course. And the certificate does contain the contents that I have completed the MBA Course. So why should it not be considered as a deemed certificate? Pl comment.

Will the CIC accept the above provisional certificate or will they still insist to submit convocation certificate at a later date. Because they have mentioned clearly the document should be submitted "if available".

Looking forward to your comments / advices before submission of my documents.

u should send the certificate & the transcripts.

ipog,

your provisional certificate has clearly said that your degree has already been awarded to you, it is reflected on the transcript as well i suppose. So there is no reason why CIC wouldnt accept it.

to be leak proof, send a cover letter issued and duly signed by your University that degree has already been awarded and all concerns should should know this the final certi would be awarded after the convocation which is uncertain due to the hectic schedule of the chief guest.

Thanks jnathan for your response. It is quite encouraging.

According to CIC, Please advise what it means when they state:
a. "Professional Qualifications"
b. "certificates should be submitted if available"
