Hi,

In the new delhi visa form , its mentioned that for educational qualifications we have to submit

1)Original transcripts of all degree must be submitted
2)Notorised copy of Professional Qualifications certificates

I have done by BSC Computer from delhi university and MBA from Indore university.
Do i have to submit Original transcipt for Both my BSC & MBA or Original transcipt for BSC and Notorised MBA degree.

Please advice.

Regards,
Vishal

Actually, per my knowledge Transcripts are only required if the original degree certificate is not in English. As long as all your marksheets and degrees are also in English, notarised photocopies should work quite well. By the word "must", the actual intent was that if you are providing transcripts, they must be in university sealed envelopes. That is the only way that Transcripts are acceptable. All universities issue transcripts mostly in that fashion. But, maybe Seniors can throw some light

even i had thought so
more calrification is required here
if certificates are in english tan maybe transcripts are not required
but i'm not sure

Please read the specific office instructions. Transcripts (mark sheets) are required in University sealed envelopes.

"6. EDUCATION/TRAINING/QUALIFICATIONS
For you, your spouse or common-law partner:
• Post-secondary education documents: vocational or technical certificates or diplomas;
• College or university documents: certification of completion and the graduation degree, diploma, or certificate issued by the college or university and the evaluation committee;
Transcripts: original transcripts of all degrees must be submitted in university sealed envelopes.
• Professional qualifications certificates: notarized professional qualifications certificates should be submitted if available. (e.g., Engineer, Computer
Programmer, Accountant, Economist, Translator/Interpreter, Architect etc.)

Should transcripts sealed in an envelope direclty send by University to VISA office ? I wonder if applicants collect the sealed envelope, the receiver address on the envelope would be appicant's address, not VISA office......
