Processing times for US citizen under spousal category

Hi Everyone,
I had submitted a completed application package for my spouse on 16th October,2012.The CPC missisauga started processing on November 2,2012 and I received an approval on November 7,2012 that is just 5 days after they started processing.Now it says it has been sent to concerned VO [do not know which].If the first stage was approved in 5 days,what are my good chances to get the second stage approval early and when? We have submitted everything, Medical,FBI,Landing Fees and all the relevant documents.Please reply if anyone has experience about faster approval than normal..............

We got accepted in 7 months total - 4 of those months were second stage.

From what I've seen and heard from US/Canadian couples, the median time seems to be 7 months. It took less than a month for us to get approved for stage 1 (got the email today actually lol) so I'm hoping it goes quickly for us. Good luck!!
