I am planning to apply for visa under skilled worker category in september 2011. At the time of application I will submit each and every documents. Can anyone please tell me how long it would take to get visas from the date of submission?

I won´t say a year.. It´s a process in which there are so many hurdles to overcome and belive me... NO ONE CAN TELL YOU FOR SURE, AND IT WON´T BE AS EASY AS ANYONE MAY THINK... If you qualify now, why wait since NO ONE KNOW IF YOU WOULD QUALIFY BY THEN... CIC RULES ARE LIKE OLD WESTERN... CHANCES TO SURVIVE ARE huge if you GO FIRST. PUMMMM.

if NOC will not change or all documents and everything gona good in your file process then in between 1and half year to 2years max, otherwise >2years sure.... I applied in start day of first week January 2010 still waiting for medical and reply from Buffalo NY.
