hi your forum name is my favorite beer. yes, you can land in canada after getting your visa, get your PR card and then come back and go again after 2 yrs. just make sure you have the PR card with you and be in constant touch with the residency obligations prevailing at that time.

i am landing in calgary, where you get health card on same day. but still my father was adamant that i take temporary insurance, so i have taken 1 week insurance for a fee of INR 715/- of course if you land in toronto, u need to buy 4 months of insurance with u.
