Processing time waiting my PR confirmation

Hello,

I submitted my Permanent residency application on January 22, 2020.
Nothing had changed since.
I writted several messages by different paths and the return was always a automatic message.
Is it normal to wait that long for the confirmation of the Permanent residency ? 2 years now..
What Can I do now ? Who could I contact ?

How did you apply for PR? Yes, right now these processing times are normal.

I applied via express entry. I payed, I gave all the document, and I don't even have a message that the documents are ok...
