Could you attach a copy of the confirmation letter without any identifying information? That may be the AOR.
The confirmation letter was like this

No, 20 months is not so normal. kindly submit a web form if possible.

I'm in the same boat as you, applied in june 2024 (G5) and haven't yet received any AOR or G number, i wonder why. I've heard about cases that received their G number after 18 month but i haven't received mine so far. I can only think about that my application went to the backlog which take ages
Hopefully not although that's a possible case cause some people I know who started after me have already got their G numbers. But they also send in 2 years or ur birth date. Anyway where do you live?
When you applied and from where can have a big impact on processing time. Processing times have increased dramatically especially at some locations. No harm in sending the webform though.
