Hi Sweet3....no I still haven't heard anything from them. I never submitted those records because I couldn't find a way to print them since I was using Skype on my phone so I thought if I could figure out how to get the records, it wouldn't hurt to send them in. Have u heard anything from them since your husband submitted the documents?

Try singing on Skype on desktop and look for history.
You may be able to print history.

Hi Sinthu4sutha.... I will give that a try. I actually contacted customer service before and they said that that have no way of getting the call records because it was Skype to Skype calling

Hi vignes....I used the program skypelogview and I was successful to pull up the records but the only thing is that it only pulled up the missed calls. I didn't see any of the calls that I had on my iPhone, would you by any chance know if I can synch the iPhone or any way to retrieve the calls I had on my iPhone. I didn't submit any phone records or Skype records with my application so I was wondering if I has sent additional documents withiught them requesting, would it be a problem? Can I sent the documents anyways or should I just be wait until I hear something from them? Thanks
