process of getting nominated through BC PNP International post-graduate students

Hey guys,

My question is regarding the BC PNP International post-graduate students

to get nominated through that category, all we need is to be eligible and meet all requirements ?

or to get nominated we would still need to enter candidates pool and only be nominated if you have higher score in compare to others ?
