Procedure to be done while Going from college to university

Hi.. i came in canada in sept,2017 in seneca college (diploma - mechanical tool design course). After i came here, i got an offer letter from windsor university( masters program in mechanical engineering jan -18 intake) . And i have decide to go there .what is the procedure is to done to inform immigration depratment regarding my changing institution ? And what about study permit extention? Kindly respond as soon as possible
