Hi all,

I have received AOR and SA on January 8 and have been trying ever since to access the ECAS with the UCI number provided. I always get the same answer, something along the lines of: "We were unable to identify you with the information you have provided...". I double checked the UCI and all the other info, and everything is correct.

Is anyone having the same problem or is it just me?

For the Sponsor, use the UCI. For the Principal Applicant, use the file number (beginning with "F").

ECAS is unreliable and can take time to be updated. Sometimes, it doesn't get updated at all.

dear.
i have also same problem in ecas , so thanks a lot.

There's nothing wrong, that's normal. Give it at around a week and you should be able to access it. As zardoz said above, ECAS isn't really reliable.
