Hello
I am in India and completed my Masters' degree requirements on Feb 18th. I left Canada right after my oral exams which was on the 15th of January. My study permit and TRV expired on March 29th. I want to apply for a PGWP now (I know this is late. This was a late decision). I have till May 18th to apply for my PGWP. I have the following questions:
1. Can I apply for a new study permit from India now with my original offer letter, explaining my circumstances though I am not a student anymore?
2. Can I apply for a PGWP from outside Canada?
3. Is there any other way around this?

Greatly appreciate any help.
Thanks!!!!

1. You can't apply because you're aready done with your studies.
2. No, you can apply for PGWP outside Canada.

You must have a valid study permit , when you apply for PGWP.

Sad, but you took it very easily. Forget about Canada.

Thanks for your reply. My maximum program length was 4 years. I completed it in 2 years and have very good academic standing with a top conference publication. Would none of this help?
