Problem Typing in Sch-A Background Declaration IMM5669E

Any one had problem typing in this form??

Right Click and 'View Image' to open the actual size.

As you can see different columns have different Font size. I typed in some junk to show how it looks.

1) Are you guys getting the same thing??? Is n't it too small to read?
2) How to type in the Blank area (red marked box)? I want to write "To Date", but the form won't allow me to enter any alphabets. It only accepts numerics.

That should be fine. Type in capitals.

My lawyer wrote it with pen as "present"

As the top line is always an ongoing activity, surely the "to" date is not even applicable there?

I hope so anyway, because I left it blank in my IMM5669...

Yes, and I think it's just fine as you can still clearly read it on the printed copy.

I put the date of when I submitted the application in that box. And many other users did too.

Leave it blank or put the day you submit your application in.
