Problem open a letter sent today

Hello,

Today the CIC send me a letter on the portal but Im not able to open it.

I got this error:
onlineservices-servicesenligne.cic.gc.ca a envoyé une réponse incorrecte.

ERR_RESPONSE_HEADERS_MULTIPLE_CONTENT_DISPOSITION

The other letter im able to open it.

What I can do?

I think you should try using different browsers. If it was IE11 then use Chrome or FIREFOX and Vice-Versa
