Problem in getting sealed transcripts

Dear,

Pl. note that I have aproached my university for getting sealed transcripts. But they want an email from World Education Services (WES), only after that they will provide me sealed transcripts.

Pl. suggest how can I get email request from WES regarding providing sealed transcsripts, so that I can submit the same in my universilty and I can get sealed transcripts.

I am not sure which country your university is but most universities will prefer to send the transcript directly to WES. If you go to WES website, you will see the stages:

http://www.wes.org/ca/fswp/index.asp

There's a form you will need to give to your university which will bear WES address and your application number. All you need to do is get this form and pay all necessary fees to get the transcript sent directly to WES. Most universities will not give you sealed transcript because it does not belong to you.
