Is it normal when a company hire you, in the contract to state that you have mandatory 3 months probation period in which all the benefits won't be paid, like pension, optional health care etc.
Is this a general thing in canada?
Does this implay that a company is not sure wether they want you so they take you on trial, even though they support your Temp worker visa?
 
Yes - 100% normal. All of the big Canadian banks have this clause for all new hires.

It doesn't imply anything. It's a normal part of the contract for most big companies.
