Hey is rfv and ppr same,I got copr today and yesterday got rfv for my dependents, so while filling webform its asking to update ppr which I dont have? So I should wait for ppr ?will I get ppr in confirmation portal or mail or in Gc key?

Hi All,

I added my outland dependent to my existing CEC EE application in May 2021 and waiting for the response. Also, I don't see that the spouse name is added in my CIC profile for 5 months.

PA MEP: 02/04/2021
Got married in March (India)
Request to add spouse: 04/08/2021
Submitted Wife Docs: 05/17/2021 (Through Webform)
No updates so far. Just received acknowledgment for the webform that they have received SPouse documents and a respective officer will be working with my application.

I too added my spouse in May but didn't receive any update.

Have you considered filing a mandamus application? You'll have to get it done through a lawyer who specialises in it and it's not cheap but it'll get the job done because you've been waiting for over a year as of now.

@anisha1992 are u thinking about that option.I think we have to try but as @Pk994 said I can try it after year.so I ll eligible in January.

If your eligibility is passed, you just have to wait. Your security is either in progress or passed.

Yesterday my additiona documents review became not applicable.wat does it mean?wat I can assume as they are not telling anything on phn , not replying we form and even did not get any gcms which I requested in sep.

I got this in the portal .I am principal applicant with Outland dependent in india.i got this email for myself for the declaration in Canada but at the bottom they are asking the family members like if you are acting on their behalf so what should I do ? Should I mark on it ???

I have my PR application in process. In My PR application I have my spouse as outland dependent applicant. AND My time line is as follows.

AOR : 18 JUN 2021

Dependent completed Biometrics on 17 Aug 2021, Medical completed on 01 SEPT 2021.
Dependent Medical approved 07 SEPT 2021

Portal Email for Details : 18 SEPT 2021 Replied Same day
Credential for Primary Applicant : 18 SEPT 2021
Photo and Address submitted : 18 SEPT 2021

Portal Email for Details Again : 20 SEPT 2021 Replied Same day
Waiting for eCoPR
Waiting for PR card.

There have been no update since.
Need Suggestions! What to do?

Today GOT first portal email requesting email and confirming status in Canada. Please suggest how can I continue my PR application and got portal access from India. i can't travel back to Canada as currently i am not having any VISA. Please suggest on this.

Respond and let them know you are currently outland and ask that they send you and your family PPR instead.
I would also send a webform informing them, and also call.
