My case is one of the worst on this entire blog. My second re-medical is about to be expired and I haven't heard a anything from IRCC
IRCC does not make sense though.
I provided 3 medicals for my dependent and 2 for myself. They asked for my PA remedical after 1 month of receiving PR portal and updating the address and picture.

Hello, I applied for CEC PR in March 2021. I received a letter from CIC which states that it is pertaining to my Dependents (Living Back in Pakistan). The letter contains all the steps they should follow when i get my CoPR. The letter starts by saying that my PR application is almost complete. I wanted to know is this a procedural step to get this letter before i get my CoPR ? When should i now expect to hear from CIC regarding my PR application ? Should i now relax and assume that my PR application is successful ?
Plz respond

@legalfalcon need your help and advice

I am CEC applicant, I received ECOPR in Feb -2021 but I was outside Canada for family emergency and ECORP was put in invalid state.
I am back to Canada with my family in Sep-2021 and have informed IRCC on same.

I am waiting for IRCC to enable my ECORP back.

Challenge is my spouse and Daughter again need to travel to India for long. In this case once I inform IRCC , I will be getting CORP and Spouse/Daughter will get passport request or my PR will again be put on hold as dependent are outside.

Isn't there any activity in your GCMS notes? For me, it seems they looked and updated something (some dates were recent) but still didn't approve.

Aor jan 2021, i got remedical request for my spouse, she is outside Canada. I didn't get remedical for me (maybe because i am already in canada)
Hi,

Did you add your spouse after your AOR? or, have you submitted an application for yourself and your spouse together on Jan 2021?

If an individual is outside Canada, you have to be truthful and Inform IRCC of their address and if they are not in Canada, they will be sent a request to submit passport in the country of residence if they are not visa exempt.

@legalfalcon

No never lived in Quebec, but I am just wondering why this was asked to us. We did not add anything regarding Quebec while submitting the profile. Is there a chance for rejection? Or it happens sometimes?
If you never lived in QC and never intended to in your application either, then there is no need to be concerned.
