Yes you need to mention it and if you dont they will come to know when they check on their system and providing a false information will lead to another refusal.

How will they find my previous application? Do u have any detail idea about this? Secondly my previous passport was lost so I need to take a new passport. In my previous app my lost passport photocopy was given. But now I will apply with a new passport. So what's your opinion please suggest.

Hi,

They have the records of the applications on there system even when they said they dont hold any information. Secondly does not matter if you apply with the new passport they will be able to track the old passport details and will easily find out that you did applied before. They asked this question because they know they can verify it so better to tell the truth rather than hide it and regret it later on. For whatever reason they refused your application if you are eligibile now then tell the truth.

Job duties. IO was satisfied not with the duties describe in the reference letter.

don't worry for that. its good . they need some clarification from you. actually this a crucial part of their duties and a solution point of them or for a fair procedure. therre is nothing to be worried .
