Police clearance is not required for QSW. It's required by CIC, after you get CSQ & apply for PR.

If one reads carefully the document requirements on the Immigration Quebec site, it should be clear.

I am married and I have 54 score right now (I have no childs ).As you know the employability score for married people is 50 .
Can I apply for Quebec skill worker and after some months send my TEF or TCF cetificate to get 5 extra points ?

Both.

Reference is Immigration Quebec website - see updating/advising of changes to your application.

Experience is from coaching/helping TEF/TEFAQ applicants*.

*I don't do this any more, so please don't pm me about it . I'll answer questions on the board.
