Hi..I have COPR valid till 9 March 2019..but I am diagnosed 3 week pregnant now ? can I land in Canada before delivery ? also due to history of TB , I may have to undergo medical surveillance after landing ..as per medical documents..? what to do no

well I doubt that your COPR will be valid so long. You can go for landing and deliver your baby in Canada. Just be aware that in most provinces you will not have health insurance coverage for the first 3 months after settling in the province. That is all.

Congrats. You can land in Canada before delivery. In fact I suggest you to land in Canada asap so that you can give birth in Canada and your child would be Canadian Citizen by birth.

Agreed. Land sooner than later. The medical surveillance is a completely different requirement.

Medical surveillance may require X-ray..which I guess is better avoided .. exceptional..if extremely important..may be second trumtrime

If you know you will require medical surveillance you may want to find out what is involved by contacting the public health department. You shouldn't be forced to do X-rays while pregnant. You need to think about health coverage the very high cost of daycare in some areas/provinces and that you have to work 6000 hours (I think I have the figure right) to qualify for maternity payments.
