prefer timing of landing in Toronto

We are planning for landing after Sept 15 at Pearson Int'l Airport, Toronto. I have few questions if you can answer please or share the thread where this topic is already discussed.

1) What happens exactly after post landing at Pearson International Airport in Toronto, Please share your experience?

2) Does the post landing process happen 24 hours or Is there any specific time? Any problem or advantage if a person arrives during evening or night time at the airport?

3) How much time does landing procedure take?

4) Immigration officer can ask for vaccination records for my child/ourself or not ?
