Hello canadiandream.
Did you also at one time got a DM status in your e-case then later change to IP? Last Tuesday, we got DM status before getting MR so I'm quite worried. Thanks for your feedback.

Hello everyone!!!

We haven't been here since long nor did check the ecas status. Looks like a lot is going around here. I just checked our online status and it was surprisingly showing "In Process". When clicked, it is showing this message:

We received your application for permanent residence on April 8, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 29, 2012. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 29, 2012.

I checked with our consultant and he said that CIC has of course started processing files since sometime.

According to him they are presently processing cases of Full documentation sent in the months of June, July & Aug'10. Ours might come up in a month or two.

Yes Pachochay, I got DM once in November 2011. At that time many other forum members got DM. Later CHC replied that it is an Error & being worked out.

This was rather an additional link for same file. Affected applicants were actually getting DUAL E-CAS status links. I was having below 2 links for my single file :

Application Received
Decision Made

Finally Decision Made link was removed from all affected applicants in January 2012.

In first week of March my Application Received status changed to In Process with a processing date.

Hope this explains your query.

No updates .... No letter .... No signs of MR .... Checked with my consultant, No letter/MR received for any NDVO applicant of 38 NOC list having IP with processing date & IP with processing date/letter sent.

Please share if anyone received any update from NDVO....

* Please provide personal history details from the age of 18 to present for you and your spouse.( you can send this document by email)


Actually in schedule A form they have mentioned
“Provide details of your personal history since the age of 18 Or The past 10 years whichever comes first. Start with most recent information”

I had mentioned personal history of last 10 years BUT they are asking since age of 18.

Anyhow I am sending back required information today by email.

Thanks your IO for their generosity. Usually if there is any doubt or information gap, their general practice is to hang the application years after years. You are lucky, friend. Hope after sending your updated form, they will start processing your case shortly.

that friend of your is not telling you the whole story If she had Not sent the Ielts with docs she would have the had the file returned for re submission stating Incomplete file

there is no need to tell me cause i have personally seen that letter........
