Every individual case is different from another. So can't say good or bad. But am sure that some fast developments are to occur from the part of New delhi V/O.

Okay.
Hope we Pre Juners get results soon.

All CAIPS say

Referred to ECU for Medicals,RPRF etc etc

Qorax Says ECU has Nothing to Do with medicals Just doc scrutiny and IO issues medical .

In The thread Back Ground check explained qorax says all files are not referred to ECU.

WHERE DOES THIS LEAVE US

Hi All,

I have received a letter from SVO today re: Procedure to add a new born child. But the thing is, I have already submitted the necessary forms and documents last December 2011. The only difference now are: 1. mode of payment - Bank Draft C$150 (the payment of the previous application I sent to add my new born child was through a credit card) 2. No additional forms like IMM0008 and IMM5406. They require me to submit the following:

1. Bank Draft C$150
2. Copy of Birth Certificate
3. Copy of Passport
4. 3 Recent Photo

My concern is, it states in the letter that we need to submit the required payment and documents 60 DAYS AFTER THE CHILD WAS BORN. Obviously, this would be more than 60 days as my child is turning 6 months now. The previous application we sent to add my new born child was 53 days prior to the 60 days deadline.

Pretty confused here.

Thank you for the replies!

God bless.

Regards,

Bembol

Hi All,

I have one doubt. Please help in clarifying the same at the earliest.

We have done a Fixed Deposit in a Govt. bank towards POF and sent the receipts along with the bank's letter, duly signed and stamped by the branch manager, along with the full documentation, in the month of Oct'10.

Now that is was getting delayed a lot, and since we were moving back to our home town, we had taken out all those FDs in the month of August'11 and invested in purchase of a land (almost 10 months after the deposit).

Now that the files started moving and the status changed to IN Process in Feb'12, do we need to maintain the funds now? Do we need deposit the money again and show the new POF at this point or not required? IF required, is it ok to deposit when asked for or do we need to do it now? Will they question about the absence of POF as provided earlier? Will they accept if we suddenly do an FD for such a huge amount at a time, when required?

Regards,
-RSK

Its wise to maintain at least 70% of the total amount. They may ask explanation of any sudden big deposits.

As per my knowledge.

You have shown PoF as FD, but from your update it seems you never updated CHC that you have forfeited those FDs & utilized same money to purchase land.

CHC will look for same FD & x-chk with the Bank. Bank will update that the FDs don't exist anymore. This will put your PoF in question. So better if you send an explaination letter to CHC that you have utilized that money in purchasing land. Don't forget to send the Notarised copies of land papers.

Also explain them that the land belongs to you & you can sell it anytime to get Funds in form of Cash. Sudden deposit of PoF will always have VO raising eyebrows & an obvious question of "Source" popping-up.

Hope this helps. Also please wait for suggestions from other forum members to decide final action.

Sorry to say, land cannot be a POF. When you sale your land and deposit to the bank and the land selling money can be an explanation of sudden deposit. As before I say we should keep at least 70% of the total amount.

I had submitted my updated documents in march 2012 ( IMM0008+ Sch. A, PCC, Updated photos all family)
I had sent email just to confirm whther they have receved my doc or not. they had replied me following

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you sending your documents. We are currently in the process of conducting background/ security checks for this application. This is a lengthy process that can take several months. We will be in contact when there have been further developments with the processing of the file.

Regards

IMS

I was not asked travel history ( I had travelled many countries only for 4-20 days only, creational purpose only). I had many members from this discussion forum, majority of senior members advices me to send travel history.I had done same.
I think that is main reason for delay of my application.they have mentioned it may take several months.that was a big mistake. Any member can predict how much time it may take for security check aproximately? and what should I do? should I order CAIPS notes at this stage.

Hello Deba, what I am trying to say is the explanation for missing of Funds i.e. FD.

If RSK just sells the land & re-deposits cash then VO will surely question. So its better to explain that the money was consumed in purchasing land & can be sold to get back Cash.

Finally & Ultimately Liquid form of funds will be considered as PoF.

Its all right, Canadian Dreams. In case of your fund changes, its not wise to knock the visa office time to time. Visa office will ask you to send so when they require. It is advised in the website not to contact unless changes in the contact address, marital status change, email contact change, new born babies.
