Have you contacted IRCC? Seems like you file is just lost and if there was attention bought to it then your next step would be processed quickly. I've seen several cases like this.

Yeah did wrote many Web forms to bring in their attention but nothing, same generic reply everytime.
So I'm just waiting let's see what happens next.
It's taking time for me because I'm in Canada rn and my dependent are in india. According to my logic that's the reason no copr or pr is issues for me.
My application was started on sept 2019.
I also believe the applications are on hold.
But if you have any other idea please feel free to share it with me that would help a lot.

Hi All,
I have received pre-arrival service letter for my dependent child sponsorship yesterday. Can anyone confirm how many days does it take to get PPR?
I also applied TRV for my daughter in parallel to Sponsorship so that she can travel earlier to Canada. Her TRV application also got approved and passport is submitted currently in VAC for stamping. Now I am confused as we already planned travel for her based on her TRV in mid-August. What will happen if we get PPR for her sponsorship just before our travel dates? Can we submit our passports in Canada in that case? Kindly help if someone had been in similar situation?

Hi guys. I need your help:
I got PFL regarding my eligibility on June 7th. Then, I provided additional documents to explain and June 14th I got pre arrival services.
Does this mean they accepted my documents?
What should I do now?

In my experience if you got Pre arrival letter it means you pass eligibility and its good sing, You will receive shortly PPR so that be patient and wait.
in my case when I got Pre Arrival letter after week I got DM and after 60 days I relieved my PPR

It indicates that your eligibility is passed or recommended passed.
