You can try https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/account.html. Create an account if you don't have one. After login, you will see "Add (link) your application to your account". Follow the steps to see whether the system can find your application.

Usually it will be "Place of Birth" mismatch with application. Try adding state name with commas or without commas with place of birth. Took me few days to figure this out and link the application.

Do you mean travel history? Then YES I had

Same here, I had 20 entries listed for travel history and all to US 95 percent. Looks like they haven’t even started processing my application.
110 days since application received.
Not sure how long it’s going to take.

For those struggling to link an application to GC Key and running into an issue possibly due to 'city/town of birth' mismatch here are my two cents- I referred my COPR that has the place of birth. In my case, it was "City (UPPERCASE) [space] Two letters of state (Uppercase)" Example: MUMBAI MS -> MUMBAI is city and MS stands Maharashtra (state). In no time system fetched my PR application but not the paper-based renewal one which was received this week by IRCC. Having said that, worth giving it a shot who knows this approach may work for most

I submitted my pr renewal a month ago, and when i checked the pr portal today, the status is remains "submitted".

Is this normal?

I see my application status updated to Final decision - October 14, 2023:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

No idea how long they gonna take to print the card

Guys, today my online pr renewal application gets "Primary identification is not provided Incomplete application" in return reason. But the status is still "Submitted". Anyone has the same issue?
