Hello there.
I am a PGWP holder and been out of the country for a while, my post graduate work permit expires next year June and i don`t even have a job under NOC A B 0 yet. So i was asking what other options i have to get PR cause it seems one year experience is mandatory. Also i was wondering what if apply for a study permit and study one year for a pharmacy assistant program, i do have a health science degree by the way. I know PGWP is a one time thing, so can i atleast apply under pnp once i study? i Would appreciate if any can give me all the options i have, i really need PR to further my studies
Thank you

You have the option of applying for provincial if you get a NOC C job.

Thank you so much, so i do not need a year experience for that right? just getting the job, is it? I will be getting married this december and i would love my wife to come here and i do not know if she will be able to get a work permit or we have to apply a visit visa for her.

You need to be holding an NOC A, B or 0 job in order for your wife to qualify for a work permit.

One of the stipulations is you have to have a job offer that is for at least a year if your on contract and it has to be full time hours(At least 30 hours a week). If your on post graduate work permit you can apply after 6 months.

Thank you for the information, so my wife will qualify for a visit visa right? lol i`m so desperate...we been away for a long time now
