Pr wife need a visa to enter the US?

Hi all , I'm a Canadian citizen my wife( who is a PR) just arrived to Canada about 8 months ago from a country in which visa entry to the US is required , we got everything stablished , bank account, s.in, taxes etc.. I want to take her to NY for 3 days , does she need to apply for a visa to travel to the US?
