PR Visa stamped in CEC frm India -Mech. engineer/Project Lead - How to proceed?

My PR visa application got approved and got Visa stamped today.
I'm a Mechanical Engineer and also leading a team.
How about possiblilities of getting job offer applying from India?

Any Good HR consultants will help?
Looking for a job at Toronto/Mississauga, ON.
