PR travel Document

I have applied for PRTD in Abu Dhabi in UAE and they said it would take 10 working days but it has taken more than 14 working days and i have yet not received it. Can anyone tell me how long does it take and who should I contact to get information.

try contacting them by visiting them....it mite becoz of ramzan that they r taking longer....
