Pr timeline for protected person 2020

Dear friends,
Me and my family recently applied for our PR as protected person in the month of November 2020 , the website is showing estimate time 24 months but my lawyer said it won't take more than 12 months , yet we didn't get any communication with CPC missisuaga, I want to know what is the actual current time if someone have idea.

anywhere between 15 months to 2 years. if having difficulty when doing security/ criminality maybe more. definitely more than a year tho for refugees.
