Hi dudedesi,

There are diferent streams for PR:
-Skilled Workers and Professionals
-Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
-Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)

CEC's (which this forum is for) rules are the same for all provinces, except for Quebec.

The different provinces rules might be applicable more for the Provincial Nominee Program.
In that case, you can see their forum here:

As per above, you may need to be more specific with your question.

There are dozens of immigration streams with a path to permanent residence. All are managed Federally in the end, but some have provincial components (like the Provincial Nominee Program) where a province sponsors your application.

For this specific forum, the CEC class is purely a federal program with no provincial component. The only rule here that is provincial is that you do not intend to settle in Quebec. Quebec has a Programme de l'expérience québécoise (PEQ) which is similar to the CEC class but only for Quebec.
