PR renewal

Hi,
May I ask how the two year period out of five years are calculated for the renewal of the PR? the five years are calculated from my landing date? or when I make a renewal they calculate two years out of the last five years from the renewal date time?

For the first 5 years you must accumulate 2 years in the country in the 5 years from your landing date not the PR card date. After that initial 5 year period it becomes a 'rolling' 5 years.
