Hi everyone! I'm renewing my PR card. I arrived May 3 to Canada and I'm done with the 3 day hotel quarantine but have to continue the 11 days remainder of the 14 day quarantine. Can I ask my brother to mail my PR renewal application tomorrow? As I can't still go out until May 17. What is he going to put in sender's name? His name or my name? If he puts my name maybe they will think that Im breaking my quarantine and went out to send the application.
