I applied for PR renewal via online portal on Aug 10th for myself and my children. (Total 3 applications)
As of now, sep 21st 2023, two applications status shows returned reason i) missing photos and ii) incomplete application.
On the portal the view button is not-clickable , my question is do i create complete new applications and re-apply from beginning and pay the fees again or is there any way to provide the missing information.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
