PR RENEWAL DELAYED WAY OVER PROCESSING TIME

Hi Everyone.
I have applied for my PR Renewal Application Sept 9 2013
CPC-Syndey have started processing my application on 27th October 2013.
No decision made till date,
I have contacted call center, and they advised me that your application is still under process, I have asked them why there is a delay on my PR renewal, and they have advised me wait till 25th Feb, if you don't hear anything back, kindly contact us.
I am so concerned and worried, why there is a delay on my application. I have only 2 trips for 98 days in last 5 years,
Do anyone have similar experience, as far PR Renewal delay is concern. what was the outcome?

The website says they are taking 82 days to process applications. I don't think you are that far out of the window. A lot of folks are waiting long periods of time to get their PR cards. It is not just you. Unless you are in a hurry to leave the country, it really isn't that big a deal. I would wait a few more weeks to see what it brings.

Thanks for your input, my only concern, it's been over 4 months from the date i applied for PR Renewal.
why it is lingering, when i phoned cic - call centrer, why they did not answer properly.
