I would like to know how to proceed after refusal of PR application.Following is the reason of refusal.
I had 5 years of foreign work experience. In my experience letter job descriptions were not mentioned, as a result they refused my application due to insufficient evidence on file to assess and determine wether I performed the declared qualifying experience in last three years.
I am planning to re apply PR application by attaching revised experience letter getting from senior Manager( including Job descriptions, appointment date, promotions date and full time permanent employee).
My concern is, I always wrote start and last date of my employment with last designation( Asst Manager) in all previous application forms( I.e. study permit, work permit, PR application as well). I did not breakdown my employment into different job titles like trainee Engr, production engineer than promoted to Asst Manager and respective time period in application form.
Please let me know,How should it be represented in Experience letter in order to clear my situation. Should I request to my manager just write my appointment date and resignation date and mention only my last designation (at the time of resignation). Also, can I request to mention all major job responsibilities and duties of last 5 years in points instead of Providing responsibilities according to positions. just want to clear, my responsibilities in last 5 years match to NOC 2141.
please help me out how should the
