PR processing time within Canada

Hi, I am a skilled worker in Manitoba, I got my PNP approval last week just within 2 months.
I am applying for PR, just want to know how much is the processing time. I know on CIC website it says 14-18 months. Is there anyone who got PR before this 14 months?
