Hi,
How are you brother! Hope doing great.
So can you please tell me if IRCC updated your file status on PR online portal after submitting supporting docs of your spouse?
My wife got separate UCI and application number , I created GcKey account for her to try to link her UCI but remained failed to do so. I’m gonna upload all supporting docs today via webform, it’s already 23rd day since we got checklist but Police report took lot of time, I hope we’re not late..
Regards

I don’t think it’s late. My husband got same email and was given 30days to respond. As long as you submit your webform within the timeframe given, it’s not late. I wish you the best of luck.

When i submitted the webforms they just acknowledged of receiving the documents and said file will be updated there is no way to tell other than ordering GCMS notes.

As long as you are in 30 day window you are fine. If you are gonna be late inform ircc immediately if you get can get extension

I don’t think it’s an oversight. Methinks he did not supply any copy of his passport in his application. How would the officer prove he’s a citizen of where claims he is.
They have access to the GCMS Portal and Previous Immigration Records including Notice of Decision uploaded by IRB. So Officer knows nationality by doing simple check. It is oversight and OP confirmed to have provided copies...

I have a question, "applicant" can submit a webform (PR in process) even though "applicant" has a representative? thanks in advance.

Yes. But would be good if your representative is kept on loop and upload on your behalf.... Most dont like to be by-passed

What is the target of the pilot program?
I hope it’s meant to achieve faster processing to enable both the family members in Canada and their dependents outside receive PR at the same time.

Kindly explain to me if you know.

Under normal pr processing. The refugee file gets processed first and then dependants file moves to office outside Canada and gets process there

Pilot is launched so both applications stay in Canada and gets processed here. It should be faster processing the max time is 1 year if everything is correct then it should be done by 6-7 months

Wow! I thought as much. That will be fantastic if it’s done within 7 months.
