PR process help

Hi Guys,

Me and my wife we are living in Montreal, we have CSQ's and we are planning to apply for PR, I want to know if we will need to apply in single application or there should be 2 different PR applications for both of us,

Documents request - 15-Dec- 2017
Documents sent 27-Dec- 2017
Intent to Reject - 28th-Feb - 2018
Documents received - 09- March-2018"
CSQ : waiting...

Hey thanks, I just talk with immigration office and she said, I can file PR for both of us in single application.

yes got email for update in my mon project account and my status is also changed to decision in mon project.
