Submitted pr renewal application online Feb 18th
Received incomplete application return reason glitch March 23rd
Return reason disappeared April 5th
Linked on gckey April 6th
Card approved and mailed April 11th

Hello,

Today I noticed that the return reason changed from "photos are missing" to "Incomplete application". The status is still "submitted" and the view button is greyed out. We originally applied December 7th and resubmitted on January 24th.

Is this just a glitch? Should I take any action or just wait it out?

When you re-submitted, you just submitted all the same documents including the photos?

the first time I did yes, unsuccessfully. Second time I uploaded a digital copy of the photo

Update for my application (First PR Card):
1) Feb 24th: Applied online
2) April 2nd: "Incomplete Application" with grey button
3) April 14th: "Incomplete Application" dissapeared and I receive an auto-email from IRCC "This confirms that your application for your Permanent Resident card has been received by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) on 2023/02/24."

Some progress finally..

They should be sending an AOR for everything - online and paper based. AOR is just confirming that the IRCC has received your application and is processing it… For everyone still waiting on their PR card, I used this resource to track and compare my both express entry and PR card timelines last year. Did the online application status say "Complete" or "In progress" once the return reason went blank. And what about now

If I forgot to Upload Ielts test ( TRF ) in a PR application which i already submitted. Would they return the File ? It is non express provincial application. Please reply if it is compulsory to add TRF or not ??

Nope, they don’t require language results now.
