Unable to View Submitted Application?

Hi,

We just submitted my dad (principal applicant)'s application with me as the sponsor. However, after submitting, we cannot view the submitted application. The "View" button is greyed out. Is this normal? If so, how can we follow up on the status of the application?

Yes, It is normal. You can use GCKey account to track the status.
