PR Portal email by error

Hello everyone,

i received PR portal email by IRCC on Jan 13 and received credentials on feb 7th.Next dayuploaded photo and address in portal.On march 10th,received email from IRCC mentioned that they have sent credentials by error because my application is pending approval.
Please let me know is it normal.

Things can happen we are all humans, but i havent heard about this thing before.. if they said your process is under pending approval, then it is. Be patient and your pr will come! Good luck
