"The instructions require you to mail the PR VR forms to CIC HQ in Ottawa,ON if you are in Canada" I am not in Canada but will be reaching Canada for a meeting and I may not have time for mailing the documents to Ottawa from Canada. I will be reaching Morning and will return the next day afternoon flight. I will try to give PR VR forms to POE officer and if he does not take it I will ask him/her what to do.If they want let him write report or what he wants to do. I don't care about this Canada PR matter. I may also not give it at POE if asked nothing as I enter with US passport and once I am back in US I will send the Documents to Ottawa or Canada Consulate.
